Food supplement

Mumijo from Kyrgyzstan in lumps – with no unnecessary additives.
Contains humic acids, amino acids and trace elements, among others.
Dissolve a lump in 500 ml of lukewarm water to make your own drink.
Not for children under 12 or pregnant women.

Contents: 2 pieces of 5 g.

Dissolve the contents of a sachet (5 g) in 500 ml of boiled, slightly warm water at no more than 40°C. Keep the prepared solution in the fridge. Take 2–4 tablespoons (20–40 ml, equivalent to 200–400 mg of purified mumio) in the morning, 30 minutes before a meal.

Store in a dry, dark place out of the reach of young children.

Contraindications: do not give to children under 12 or use during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
