Food supplement

Hydrolysed fish collagen – 150 mg in every capsule.
Plus freeze-dried cranberry and chokeberry fruit.
And freeze-dried goat's and mare's milk – a truly unique blend.
120 capsules – up to 4 months at 1 capsule a day!

Kolagenum is a food supplement containing high-quality hydrolysed fish collagen (150 mg per capsule) enriched with freeze-dried goat's and mare's milk and freeze-dried aronia and cranberry fruit.

Take 1 to 3 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before a meal or 3 hours after the last meal. The maximum dose is 3 capsules a day. Swallow the capsules with water.

Store in a dry place at room temperature in the closed package, out of the reach of young children.

Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. Not suitable for people who are allergic or intolerant to any of the ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle, including a varied diet, is the basis for maintaining good health.
